In this women’s workshop, we’ll come together in community to reflect, meditate, and explore the deep well of power and inner strength that resides within every woman.
Through guided practices, participants will connect with this empowering energy, learning how to draw on it during pregnancy, labour, birth, and motherhood.
This safe, nurturing space allows women to embrace their innate strength, preparing them to navigate their journey with confidence and resilience.
Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable, bolsters/ cushions, a journal and pen and an open heart..
